Wayne County Airport Authority Property Details - Bidding is OPEN Now
- Two parcels of vacant land located in Huron Township (selling together as one package)
- South of Sibley Road (see attached picture)
- 4.41 total acres
- The southernmost parcel is zoned AG – agricultural, and the northernmost is zoned B-2, General business
- There would be several restrictions placed on these parcels, new owners would be required to sign an avigation easement agreement that outlines these limitations
- Deeds for parcels 397 / 398
- Per the FAA, WCAA cannot sell the land for less than fair market value (FMV), which starting bid has been set as reserve (no bids will be accepted without reaching this price)
- FAA Land Release process will still need to be followed, which can take an estimated 8-12 months.
10% Buyers Premium in effect for this auction lot. This is Due as deposit within 48hrs of Auction Close.
Final Balance will be due at completion of FAA Land Release Process.
